The experience at this location compared to Brooklyn felt like a completely different company. Terry approached me immediately. I knew exactly what I wanted and he was on it right away. He wheeled the item to the check out , personally rang me up and loaded into my vehicle. Chatting the entire time. I have to admit I am a home depot girl was anti Lowes after my Brooklyn experience. But after the great service and friendliness of Terry I am sure to shop more at this location. Thank you for employing an individual as kind and attentive as he.

My family and I have always gone to Home Depot, but after the experience we had here, we don't think we'll ever go back! We went in to buy a lawn mower and found the one we liked almost immediately. We were then checked out and on our way home, with the help of the wonderful staff, in no time flat! Big shout out to Alyce, who got us a cart to take the mower to the register and our car, and to Matt for placing it onto the cart and then into our car for us, all the while keeping up a friendly conversation with us. Wished we could have tipped him! Thank you for the wonderful experience. I'm sure we'll be back soon!
